Processing via the contact form
If you contact us using the enquiry form, we process the data you provide – name, company, telephone
number, e-mail address, service required and your message – solely in order to handle your enquiry. The legal
basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, in the case of pre-contractual enquiries,
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The data are erased as soon as the enquiry has been conclusively dealt with and no
statutory retention periods prevent erasure. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the
future.
You may voluntarily attach documents in PDF format to the form (no more than three files, up to
10 MB each), for example technical drawings or specifications. These files are processed solely in
order to handle your enquiry, stored on our web server and forwarded to us by e-mail. The legal basis
is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, in the case of pre-contractual enquiries,
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The documents are erased as soon as your enquiry has been conclusively dealt
with and no statutory retention periods prevent erasure. Please do not submit files containing
personal data of third parties.
Server log files
When this website is accessed, access data are automatically stored in log files (IP address, time,
page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser type). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in
secure operation pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
No disclosure to third parties

Map display (Google Maps)
On the contact page we offer a map from Google Maps. The map is not loaded automatically:
it is loaded only after you click the “Load map” button. Only then is a connection established to servers
operated by Google Ireland Ltd. and your IP address transmitted. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you give by clicking the button. Data may also be transferred to the USA. If you do
not click, no data are transmitted to Google.
General data protection information
Thank you for your interest in our website. Despite the most careful checking of content, we accept no
liability for external links to third-party content.
It is our concern to protect your personal data in accordance with the state of the art during collection,
processing and use in connection with your visit to our website, and thus to protect your data against access
by unauthorised third parties. This is done in compliance with the provisions of the European General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR), the new German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and all other relevant laws
on the processing of personal data.
New legal or official requirements, as well as new offerings on our website, may make it necessary to update
this privacy information. We recommend that you call up the privacy information regularly in order to notice
changes. Where changes are made in this area, the version date of the information will be linked to the date
of change. Using our website does not give rise to any obligation on your part to provide personal data.
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, we use these only to answer your enquiries, to perform
contracts concluded with you and for technical administration.
Your rights
If personal data relating to you are processed, you are a data subject within the meaning of the GDPR and
you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller.
Right of access
You may request confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data relating to you are processed
by us. Where such processing takes place, you may request information from the controller on the following:
- the purposes for which the personal data are processed;
- the categories of personal data which are processed;
- the recipients, or categories of recipients, to whom the personal data relating to you have been or will be disclosed;
- the envisaged period for which the personal data relating to you will be stored or, if specific information on this is not possible, the criteria used to determine that period;
- the existence of a right to rectification or erasure of the personal data relating to you, a right to restriction of processing by the controller or a right to object to such processing;
- any available information as to the source of the data, where the personal data are not collected from the data subject;
- the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, pursuant to Art. 22 (1) and (4) GDPR and – at least in these cases – meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject.
You have the right to request information as to whether the personal data relating to you are transferred to
a third country or to an international organisation. In this connection you may request to be informed of the
appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR in connection with the transfer.
You are fully entitled to lodge a complaint with us or with the competent data protection authority in your
federal state.
Right to rectification
You have a right to rectification and/or completion vis-à-vis the controller where the processed personal
data relating to you are inaccurate or incomplete. The controller must carry out the rectification without delay.
Right to restriction of processing
You may request the restriction of processing of the personal data relating to you under the following
conditions:
- if you contest the accuracy of the personal data relating to you, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- if the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- if the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or
- if you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR and it has not yet been determined whether the controller’s legitimate grounds override yours.
Where processing has been restricted, such personal data may – apart from being stored – only be processed
with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, for the protection of the
rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest. You will be informed
by the controller before the restriction is lifted.
Right to erasure
Obligation to erase
You may request the controller to erase the personal data relating to you without undue delay, and the
controller is obliged to erase such data without undue delay, where one of the following applies:
- the personal data relating to you are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- you withdraw your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) or Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- you object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR;
- the personal data relating to you have been processed unlawfully;
- erasure is required for compliance with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject;
- the personal data relating to you were collected in relation to the offer of information society services pursuant to Art. 8 (1) GDPR.
Information to third parties
Where the controller has made the personal data relating to you public and is obliged to erase them, the
controller shall, taking account of available technology and the cost of implementation, take reasonable steps,
including technical measures, to inform controllers which are processing the personal data that you have
requested the erasure of any links to, or copies or replications of, those personal data.
Exceptions
The right to erasure does not apply insofar as the processing is necessary for exercising the right of
freedom of expression and information; for compliance with a legal obligation; for reasons of public interest
in the area of public health; for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific or historical research
purposes or statistical purposes; or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to notification
Where you have asserted the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing vis-à-vis the
controller, the controller is obliged to communicate this rectification, erasure or restriction of processing
to all recipients to whom the personal data relating to you have been disclosed, unless this proves impossible
or involves disproportionate effort. You have the right vis-à-vis the controller to be informed about those
recipients.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data relating to you which you have provided to the controller in
a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit those data to
another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data were provided, where the
processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) or Art. 9 (2) (a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and the processing is carried out by automated means. In exercising this right, you also
have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from one controller to another, where this is
technically feasible. The freedoms and rights of other persons must not be adversely affected thereby. The
right to data portability does not apply to processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a task
carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the
processing of personal data relating to you which is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR; this also applies to
profiling based on those provisions. The controller will no longer process the personal data relating to you
unless the controller can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your
interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal
claims. You can exercise your right to object by sending an informal message to the contact details given above.
Contact by e-mail
If you contact us by e-mail, the personal data you transmit are stored. Where consent has been given by the
user, the legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The legal basis for the processing
of data transmitted in the course of sending an e-mail is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Where the e-mail contact is aimed
at concluding a contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
The processing of the personal data from the e-mail serves us solely to handle the contact, which also
constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in processing the data.
The data are erased as soon as they are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were
collected. For personal data sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective conversation with the user has
ended. The conversation has ended when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter concerned has
been conclusively clarified.
The user may withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. If the user contacts us by
e-mail, the user may object to the storage of the user’s personal data at any time. In such a case the
conversation cannot be continued.
